I took this picture while I was back home in Jackson skiing
with my brother and as we stepped of the tram I just snapped it of him looking
out at the Tetons before we skied down. The picture resembles the sense of
adventure from both the 3rd person and 1st person
perspective. Being able to se the mountains in the reflection of the goggles
gives you the experience of what we are seeing and about to ski. It gives the
viewer an opportunity to imagine what it is like to watch and actually ski the
mountain.

This photo is so neat, because it shows such detail, but leaves the meaning up to the viewer to decide. I wish there was a way to take out the reflection of the phone, but I appreciate the artistry involved.
ReplyDeleteShoot this is such a cool photo. I agree, the reflection in the goggles kind of takes the mystery out of it and makes it feel a little "posed" rather than natural, raw experience. But really though, nicely done

ReplyDeleteDUde. freaking awesome.

ReplyDeleteI love this picture I think it captures a moment perfectly. My only critique would be to keep the camera out of the reflection of the goggles because it doesn't show the same emotion.

ReplyDeleteSuper cool reflection. The goggle tint already gives it a cool color twist and it contrasts really nicely with the background.
ReplyDeleteThis pictures is so cool! I love jackson and the Tetons looks beautiful as always!
