I took this picture of my sister over the 3-day weekend. The day I took the picture, it was 65 degrees out, which is pretty rare in the middle of February in Utah. Anyways, it was one of those days where you just felt happy to be alive. In the midst of crazy college schedules, I wanted to show the importance of taking a step back and remembering what it was like to be a kid again-dreaming all the time. I remember when I was little, I wanted to be a professional singer, and then an actress, and then president of the United States. Needless to say, those didn't work out. However, growing up, I have realized the importance of dreaming, and more specifically to dream big. This quote pretty much sums up my feelings, "No dreamer is ever too small, and no dream is ever too big."

Very simple and clean. It Looks almost like a movie poster. The font was perfect to communicate that feeling of innocence and fun
ReplyDeleteI like the simplicity of the message and the photograph. It's really nice to look at and has an aura of fun.
ReplyDeleteThat font tho ... works perfect for this picture, it makes me want to write a book. Is that weird?
ReplyDeleteI think it is awesome that you used a lot of simplicity in this photo. The font did not distract from how cool the photo is!
ReplyDeleteI love how big the sky is in comparison to your sister. To me, it conveys possibility and opportunity -- the sky is the limit!
ReplyDeleteI really like this image! I like how the font seems very childlike to match how the girl is dressed in a simple girly outfit.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great image. It looks like a poster, and the font works perfectly. Good work!
ReplyDeleteThe picture almost looks unreal becuase it is so well lit and colored. Could use of type. Awesome.
ReplyDeletethis makes me think of Alice in Wonderland. Great picture, well done. good font choice.
ReplyDeleteI love this picture! The font you chose really compliments the notion of unabashedly following your dreams. I like that it almost portrays a childlike vibe, encouraging the observer to disregard all ego and just go for it. Great job!
ReplyDeleteI feel like this could be a book cover, the type is fun and almost seems to blend in with the could! Awesome job, love the picuture
ReplyDeleteThe font fits the picture perfectly. I feel like the girl and the type are placed perfectly in relation to each other.
ReplyDeleteThis looks so cool with the setting and the font that you chose to use. I love how it looks like it could be a postcard or something that you would give to someone as a gift
ReplyDeleteBeautifully done! The font choice goes perfectly with the photo. This reminds me of something you'd find on Pinterest.
ReplyDeletefont choice was perfect for this picture
ReplyDeleteThe typeface works well with the feeling of the image. Both the photo and the typeface have a very personal feel to it. The "Dream Big" looks like someone wrote it, thus making it seem like the girl in the photo thought it or wrote it. I think the vignette is a little strong, but otherwise it's a great shot.
