Assignment #1- Rhees Jackson- "Girl in Limbo"

I took this picture of my beautiful wife showing off her hops. I really love the background that the brick wall creates and I feel like it makes my airborne wife standout. I also love the movement in this photo, I caught her at the climax of her jump and it almost seems as if she is caught in limbo. I feel like this picture really captures life in a nutshell. We all have moments of ecstasy where we feel like we can fly, then we have moments where we are left hanging, and then we have down moments as well. The beautiful thing is that through all of that we can choose to wake up and recognize that the sun still shines and we have the chance to jump again.

  5. Rhees, this photo makes me want to #showreality haha Good photo, I like that you can see the shadow, it just shows the right angle, being able to see all aspects of the environment and what you were trying to accomplish.
