Ashlyn Allred: Final Project, "Allred Recipe Book"

So I decided to make a recipe book for my family.  Initially, I was going to have it completed and printed and looking great, but that takes a lot more time that I have right now, so this is just a preview of what the final will hopefully look like.
Since I'm going to actually print and use this, feedback will be so helpful!!
I used color as a way to make it cohesion.  There are a few more pages I have right now, but I did not want to post 8 pages haha.

I commented on: Blakely Gull, Taylor Ricks, Maren Owens, Collin Gingrich, & Alex Skinner's posts.

  1. I very much enjoy your design. I am not seeing anything in particular that i like it just feels right. The way you did everything makes sense to my brain. The colors of the muffins are awesome. As well as the cake, they almost are opposites to each other. I just like looking at it. I can't really think of any other way to really explain. The font it really pretty too, I want to see it in real life!!

  3. I love this idea of a cook book. It looks amazing! The images look so beautiful, and they make me hungry. I love how clean and organized it looks. You did a great job applying everything we have learned. The only thing I would change would be to make the the allred on the front a brighter red.

  7. Very clean and easy to see. I like the design. It might be cool to have the picture on top on some of the pages so it switches things up.
