For my final project I created a flyer. I'm a ballroom dancer, and the World Professional Latin Dance Champions are coming to my studio to teach. I created a mock flyer to advertise for a group class with them. I really wanted to keep it simple, clean, and classy. I decided to coordinate the flyer with the studio logo by using a monochromatic black and white color scheme with accents of red. I really wanted their names to pop (because they're a big deal), so I contrasted the serif and cursive lettering of the logo with a bold sans-serif font that is white surrounded by black. I also found some pictures of them from a photo shoot and put them together in black and white. At the bottom, I wanted to maintain the balance of the overall flyer, so I listed their titles along the left side and then added a slightly transparent red block on the right with the workshop information. I also added the border of red squares across the top and bottom to give it some extra unity and to really bring the design together.
