So I went snowboarding a few weeks ago, and it had just snowed a little bit, and was a gorgeous day. I was at the top of the mountain, and my brother and I were hiking across this little ridge. I was up there seeing all of this and just thought, "this is incredible" I felt the awesomeness of the earth. So I took a quick picture with my phone. I just thought about how cool it was to think that there is so much on this planet that I can enjoy, and I should enjoy it. The mountains here are awesome and I can make them mine in a way by experiencing them. I also thought of how the newer generations are increasingly spending more time inside with technology and so I was sort of thinking that it was motivational to get out and make something happen.
The picture itself has no editing done whatsoever except the type. I tried to find a simple type that wasn't going to make it look cheesy. I also wanted the font to stand out from the blue sky, and to look similar to the clouds but not quite the same. I wanted the words to stand out from the clouds just slightly.

I love the simplicity. The massive landscape contrasted with the short and sweet message is very well done.
