Assignment 2- Lisa Crofts

"Welcome to New York, it's been waiting for you."

New York- the city of dreams and amazing sunsets. I took this picture on my last night in New York City. We had been walking all day and this was one of the last things that we had to do before coming back to school. The view was amazing, the company was fantastic, and it will always be a night to remember.

I debated over which font I should use for a good hour. Not only did I use two different fonts, but I blended "The city that" with parts of the bridge. Also, I changed the colors in my photo to highlight the skyline and the bridge.

  3. Your work made me miss New York City, which brought a lot of emotional appeal with your copy. It wasn't a call to action, but it definitely took me on a trip down memory lane. Great job.

  5. I really like this photo. I think it brings an interesting contrast with the setting sun and calming blue, but then the hustle and bustle you still see on the bridge below. Nice job!

  6. I really like the two fonts you chose. They contrast each other in style, yet they look good together because they both use thin lines.
