I have always been really drawn to cool colors. I think that this is because I am a more laid back, chill person. I draw a lot of my inspiration from music. In the case of this assignment, I was inspired by Tron Legacy. The film score of this movie is something I listen to when I need to focus but still want to listen to music -- it doesn't have the distraction of lyrics. As I was listening to it, I thought about the colors used in the movie: there is a lot of blue. So what I did to make this color scheme is find an image from the movie, and upload it to Adobe Color. It gives you the option of creating a color scheme through an image. I really like how the color scheme turned out. For my logo, I went for simplicity. I used a font that has kind of an electronic, tech feel. I implemented the rule of thirds with the lines that I drew. I used the vertical line to separate the initial of my first name from my last name, and crossed it with the horizontal line to put emphasis on my whole name.
