For this assignment I decided to use color to make a flyer for one of my favorite bands. I used a complimentary color scheme and I loved how the yellow and the green contrasted so well. In order to make this I took a picture of the lead singer of the band and did a low poly rendering of his face in order to get the outline of his face, I then colored them with my color scheme. In this piece I love that the color is a bit understated and because of this is makes it so the piece works as a whole and is not distracting. I also chose to make the background a greenish grey and added noise in photoshop to add texture.
