Asst #3- Clarissa Oliphant- Pinterest Quote

This is just a silly saying that I thought was cute so I made a little meme in Adobe's InDesign using different elements we have discussed in class. Included in these are some elements of color theory. While this color scheme was created on Kuler.Adobe.com in the custom format, so it does not have an exact color relationship, these colors are secondary and two of the three triadic colors are represented here. The two different turquoises are very similar in color, just different hues.

I commented on Dakota Williams, Maren Owen, Bronwyn Burkhardt, Jordan Wheeler, and Blakely Gull.

  1. Interesting color choices. I like the complementary blues against the light pink. The text in that light pink does fade a little bit, and the eye is drawn into the white words first.

  2. I love this color scheme and it is very popular now. I love what you said. That is the dream.

  3. I like the color scheme as well. It might be cool to change the color of the words massage and peanut butter, possibly to the pink, to make them stand out more. I like it.

  4. I like the colors, but the bottom two words need to be more legible, I also like the idea of changing the words "massage" and "peanut butter", great job, I think this could easily be a popular meme.

  5. These colors work really well together. The white, green and salmon are very different from one another, yet they seem to blend.

  6. Great color scheme! The pink words at the bottom were a little hard to read, but I really liked the idea of them not having to stand out but melt into the background.
